I spoke with the person who sold me this game and explained the issue clearly. The shop purchases appear to work during testing, but there is nowhere in the game for me to enter my own Developer Product IDs. The necessary scripts and settings are missing.
Once I published the game and tested it live, the purchases did not work because the products currently connected appear to be test products or IDs that do not belong to me. Without the proper scripts or a place to replace those IDs, I cannot properly set up or use the shop.
I also had other experienced people look through the game, and they confirmed that important scripts and features are missing. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the seller said it took him an hour to understand what I was explaining, acted as though I was being unreasonable, became rude, and then blocked me.
I paid for a working game that I could customize and publish under my account. I am requesting either the missing scripts and proper instructions for adding my Developer Product IDs, or a refund because the game was not provided in a complete and usable condition.
Bro you add the codes yourself. Do you seriously want the robux to go to me? Just add the codes yourself and make the gamepasses. If you didn't know how I could have told you. And for the other bad reviews you didn't even explain the issue properly, it took an hour for me to understand. And for missing pieces. If you test the game out it works. Adding more on to it will take some more code, yes.
