Fixed /clan info sending the wrong values to the player

bugs fixed:
/clan kick not working properly
added:
/clan [pvp / pvptoggle / togglepvp] wich enables and disables pvp within the clan members

sorry i messed up the file from last update

few problems were fixed:
first problem was placeholder not working in the latest versions of skript-placeholders, from now on, we will not support old versions of skript-placeholders.
second was glow not working, problem is caused by poask removing support to the expression used, that lead to removing the feature.

Now your teammates will have a green glowing effect that only you can see!
added a dependency, check "dependencies" to download

• Fixed player's inventory being cleared when deleting the clan (i still dont understand why it did that) by needing the player to clear his inventory
