Animated Sky Events — Texture-Free, Folia-Ready
Pick a model — a Rocket or a UFO — run its animation, and watch reward crates rain down on spawn for your players to grab. No resource pack. No textures.
CrazyEvents drops fully animated craft onto your server as live events. Every model is 100% cosmetic and texture-free — built entirely from vanilla block displays, particles and sound. No resource pack, no block edits, no world damage, no
createExplosion — so it is completely safe to run inside a protected spawn. One Start Event button opens a model picker. Today it ships with three fully animated models — and the picker is built to grow, so more vehicles are on the way.
- Descent — the rocket descends from the sky, lands, its boosters topple to the sides, then it explodes on the ground (crates scatter outward).
- Liftoff — the rocket lifts off from the ground, rises, and explodes in mid-air — and the reward crates rain straight down from above.
A detailed lens-shaped flying saucer that descends with a glowing underside beam, hovers, and departs. Pick one of three shows:
- Hover & Scan — the saucer holds station and sweeps a scanning beam over the ground.
- Abduction — a tractor beam catches nearby players, lifts them up into the air with a special effect, holds them in the light, then gently sets them back down — zero fall damage.
- Warp Departure — the saucer charges up and warps out of the sky in a flash.
A towering kaiju and a hero with a diamond sword face off on the ground. Steve slays Godzilla one of three ways — then the beast topples and bursts reward crates across spawn:
- Sword Duel — Steve dashes in and trades overhead chops with Godzilla's claw swipes, then lands a heavy finisher.
- Atomic Rampage — Godzilla's dorsal fins glow and it fires an atomic-breath beam; Steve charges through it and impales the chest.
- Aerial Finish — Steve leaps high, hangs at the apex, then plunges the sword straight down into Godzilla's skull.
- Separate reward pool for each model — give the Rocket and the UFO completely different loot.
- Crates scatter around the landing point and snap to the ground (or rain down from above on Liftoff).
- Instant rewards — right-click a crate for an immediate reward + effects (DIRECT mode), or use a reward GUI.
- First-come claim — the first player to reach a crate gets it (or EVERYONE mode).
- Build each reward pool visually in-game with your own inventory — drag, drop, done.
- Configurable crate count, scatter radius, second-reward chance, open cooldown (with a denied-sound cue) and auto-despawn.
- Clean in-game GUI: start event, delayed start, per-model reward editor, landing wand, crate count, stop.
- Delayed Start — pick the model, then its mode/animation, then the delay (30s · 1m · 5m · 10m).
- Landing wand — right-click anywhere to set the landing point and the craft's facing direction.
- BossBar countdown + chat broadcasts for every phase.
- Auto-scheduling — run events automatically on chosen days/times with a pre-event countdown bar.
- WorldGuard support (optional) — restrict crate scattering to a region
- Texture-free — no resource pack required, ever.
- Folia & Canvas native — correct region/entity/async scheduling, no main-thread assumptions; abduction lifts players safely across regions.
- Leak-safe & dupe-safe — UUID-keyed state, atomic claims, defensive item cloning, full cleanup on disable.
- Lightweight — display entities + particles only; no block I/O, no lag spikes.
- Server software: Paper, Purpur, Pufferfish, Folia, CanvasMC
- Minecraft: 1.20.6 -> 26.2
- Java: 21+ (Java 25 for the 26.x line)
- Optional: WorldGuard
