Allow players to show off their style with toggleable effects and glowing!
Three new animation types are here: Wings, Flower, and Dual Disks!
Improved the gui display! You can now set the display name and description of effects for the gui display! Color formatting and tags supported! PAPI is enabled for both display names and item descriptions.
Three new permissions:
- CutesyAPI.effects.maxcount.[0-100]: Sets a cap on the number of active effects a player can have!
- CutesyAPI.effects.maxcount.hasmaximum: This permission is required to set a limit on the players.
- CutesyAPI.commands.delparticle: Used to delete particle effects. New config message as well!
