• donutwelcome.use - Allows using /joinmessages and /joinstats
• donutwelcome.bypass - Bypass join/leave message toggles (always see messages)
• donutwelcome.admin - Access admin statistics and reload command
• donutwelcome.reload - Allows reloading config
• donutwelcome.status - Allows checking license status
