1. Fixed Anvil GUI inventory close event

1. The plugin has been rewritten to my new library. The plugin's weight has been reduced by half.
2. MySQL was removed due to very high load when synchronizing between servers. Regarding this, if you have questions, write to my discord channel.
3. Added new materials to check the required space around to start drawing.
4. Fixed a bug where the map remained in the inventory after restart.
5. When manually drawing, drawing is no longer interrupted when switching slots.
6. Fixed the option to turn off drafts and collections. Now the card remains in the hand after completion.
7. Changed the rollback for the pencil. Previously, it was every pixel for an action. Now the action is considered when you pressed and released.
8. Added check for different registers when entering a command.
9. Added tool "Text' to the easel mode.
10. Added the ability to place maps on the easel. Just set the field and start drawing, and then with the desired map just click on the easel field. The map will be applied to it. This way you can restore and edit existing easels.
11. Fixed check for maximum number of simultaneous drawers.
12. Added delay for some clicks to control TPS.
13. Fixed display of map name in collections, downloads and in moderation window. Now the player can set any color in the name of his painting.
14. Added API, you can find it on WIKI.
15. Added command /draw save inv to save painting to your inventory. Works for manual and an easel mode. Needs drawonmap.save.inv permission.

DELETE OLD CONFIG.YML AND MESSAGES CONFIG FILE
- Added a new drawing function - Easel. Now you can draw at large sizes and move fully. To do this, enter /draw help and find the easel commands. Or enter /draw and run the easel.
The function has almost all drawing tools. The rest will be added later. If you have any bugs or suggestions, write to me on Discord.
- The resource pack has been changed to be more user-friendly in terms of interface.
