Core Features
Cross-Server Sync
Every piece of team data syncs instantly across your entire network using Redis. When a player creates a team on your Survival server, it is immediately available on your Lifesteal server, your Earth server, and every other server in your network. No restarts. No delays. No desyncs.
Cross-Server Team Homes
Players can set a team home on any server in your network and teleport to it from any other server. Set your home on the Earth server, walk through spawn on your Hub server, and type /team home to get teleported back to your base instantly. The plugin handles the server switch and teleportation automatically.
Global Team Chat
Team chat messages are relayed across all servers in real-time using Redis pub/sub messaging. Your players can communicate with their teammates no matter which server they are playing on. Toggle team chat on and off with a simple command.

DonutTeams is fully compatible with Folia for multi-threaded server performance. All database operations run asynchronously. All scheduled tasks use FoliaLib for thread-safe execution. The plugin produces zero main-thread lag even on servers with hundreds of players.
MySQL and SQLite Storage
Choose between MySQL for network setups or SQLite for single-server installations. Both storage backends are powered by HikariCP connection pooling for maximum performance. Migrate between storage types at any time using the built-in migration command.
Redis Powered Messaging
Cross-server communication is handled by Redis using the Lettuce client. Team creation, deletion, renaming, chat messages, home teleports, invites, and member updates are all transmitted through Redis channels with sub-second latency.
Ultra Lightweight

Migration Support
Switching from another teams plugin? DonutTeams includes a built-in migration system that can import all your existing teams, members, and permissions automatically.
Currently supported migrations:
- SQLite to MySQL
- MySQL to SQLite
- Gerhart's DonutTeam plugin (full import of teams, members, homes, and permissions)
Simply place the old plugin folder in your plugins directory and run the migration command. All team data including homes, friendly fire settings, and member permissions are carried over seamlessly.
