Switched to json configs. Players can now reconnect in short periods of time without getting duplicate session issues.
Added fallback server.
Added permissions for each server on the switch command.
Added health check to verify if a server is online before switching a player.
Other minor improvements
Updated both proxy and backend to allow players to run /switch without arguments to get the list of available servers
Proxy Control Server now binds to the configured public address instead of defaulting to 0.0.0.0
