Updated to 1.19 API + Feature request implementation..

You're now able to force players to run a command upon afk/return to toggle things such as scoreboards. There is a command for each in-case you have a plugin that has an on/off sub command for toggling features.

Feature is disabled by default. New settings won't be added to older configs so you will need to either delete your config to generate a new one or add the following in:
