Paygorn. it works on paper servers and it is not a mod, its a plugin for 1.21.11

This plugin is Good and the new update that adds S3 just makes it even better. 5 Stars, Would Recommend.
But the ENDER EFFECT is Glitched and does not work.

I downloaded it on Java, Paper Java 25, 1.21.11, it doesn't work its not work for the newer versions wasited my money on this.
