New VersionChecker with join announce

Users can now only be edited in the default /team dashboard by clicking on the selected user. (Changed the gui, added set team home setting and use home setting.)

Ownership/kick now requires an extra gui for confirmation.

Promoting/Demoting is now instatnly updating the slot.
