Added Claim Extend Limit feature. This limit prevents players from extending their claim duration date too much.

Players can set and telepor to claim home using claim info menu. Also /KClaim home command added. If player has only 1 claim, this command will teleport him to his claim. If player has more claim than 1, this command will open claim list menu.
