Kyra - An Advanced Infractions System v1.3.3

Changes include:

• Adding the expire infractions section to the configuration that was accidentally left out of the last update.

• Added decay system for infractions.
  • A configurable delay between automatic removal of infractions.
• Added manual save data command (/inf save) (Thanks mugai).
• Added save data interval.

• Fix infractions' max being 1.
• Added several NCP checks to default config.

• Fixed error when adding infractions.
• Added MySQL support.

• Fixes an error when tabbing.
• MySQL support is next within a week.

• Adds permission node 'kyra.receive' to receive broadcasts rather than sending them to everyone by default.
  • Minor config change as a result.

• Added values for 0 under removal so the /removeall command doesn't cause an error.
• Updated to support the latest version of Minecraft.

Changes:

• Updated default configuration with a header, more cheats under their respected category, etc.
• The plugin has been renamed to Kyra after much consideration on a new name to avoid confusion with Ghast's upcoming resource.
