Fix Tools

Improved
- Backup preview got the same polish as the live inventory view. When an admin opens a player's inventory history and clicks a backup, each item now renders in a real inventory slot with:
- the native Hytale hover tooltip (item name, rarity colour, durability, quantity, stats),
- custom tooltip lines from Soulbound, Weapon Mastery and Drop Prevention when DynamicTooltipsLib is installed,
- the native rarity glow behind the icon.
- Tools row is no longer shown in backup previews, matching the live inventory view — the admin panel stays focused on Hotbar, Armor, Utility, Backpack and Storage.
- Cleaner layout: narrower panel, bigger section labels, compact action buttons at the bottom — no more cut-off "Restore" / "Teleport" buttons.

- Death systems (KeepInventory + DropPrevention) no longer spawn world drops when Graveyard is installed
