- Fixed rank-based page permissions being capped by maxPages config — rank permissions now properly override the global limit

• Bank now works fully standalone — language system no longer depends on Core

• Added multi-language support (9 languages)
• Bank page and admin panel are now fully translatable (130+ translated labels)
• Language changes apply immediately when switching pages

ksbank open can now be used to open the own bank
