The product itself seems promising, however I did not receive the required license code after purchase. The included readme file instructs to open a ticket on the developer’s Discord server to obtain the code.
I have already opened a dispute on BuildByBit regarding this issue.

Hi! I bought the BlueTranslate Plugin yesterday, and I am amazed- as you could expect from a 5 star rating. It sais everything it does- and it is just perfect. It translates every message, every title, hotbar message, even item names and GUIs- without any need to pay for an expensive API. The configuration is easy, since the plugin is drag & drop. Even though no configuration is neccessary, there are multiple configuration options. You can even add your own configurations to specific phrases to make a great chat filter: For example, if you dont want anyone to be able to write out "dumb" in chat, you can add a translation for "dumb", for example "cute", so that everybody will receive the message "youre dumb" as "youre cute". The menu for selecting a language is configurable, as every single message in the plugin. There are many language translation apis you can choose from, including a free one, which is default.
The plugin works great, performant and fast.

Dude, Arix V2.1 is insanely good. I genuinely love it, especially the Theme Editor. It gives you so many customization options that you can practically create your own unique theme without anyone realizing it's basically Arix, as long as you make full use of everything the editor offers.

Easy 10/10 from me.

The UI was good, however a warning to buyers is that you should probably download this resource promptly after purchasing as the license expires rather quickly. Quick and easy to setup as well. All of the UI is properly structured and I made minimal changes to the UI scripting it. (I would appreciate a discount on the advanced studs UI pack by the way, LOL it's very nice and would complete the UI to my game.)

System works amazing, easily adjustable and overall very good.
