Fix Bug Dupe Item

This update fixes all remaining bugs with the Shulker Edit GUI and adds new utility commands.

New Commands: /lc help and /lc keys have been added.

GUI Fixes: Shift-clicking in the Shulker Editor now works correctly, the auto-return bug has been fixed, and all selection GUI buttons now display the correct language.
