Lucky Pillars - Pillars of Fortune Game v2.0.4

Updated some internal libraries

1. Ability to disable hotbar items by setting the slot to -1. This only applies for the Vote and Modifiers game while waiting

2. Fixed GameTimer error.

3. Added a Outdated Content warning message, which can be disabled by setting ignore-content-warning: true at the bottom of the config.yml file

• Updated libraries required by the plugin
• Added command /luckypillars pull-materials for re-downloading the materials.json file

Fixes:

1. Fixed %luckypillars_top_[position]% not showing the entry 0 (Winner)

Features:

1. Added placeholder %luckypiialrs_deathorder_[position]%, which shows the order of deaths starting from 0
2. Changed how materials are managed, now a JSON file is downloaded on the first start, meaning materials are editable and customizable.

fix: Placholder %luckypillars_top_[x]% not working as intended when game finish.

Some fixes has been aded:
- Fixed error when throwing the Quick Join item

Added to config some options to avoid inventory clear. It is a "special" version for a customer, not so necessary to update.
