At first, the plugin was great I managed to customise the tools easily to my liking with the particle effects and ability to change the item completely which other plugins do not offer. However there was an issue where a feature I wanted was missing but the developers managed to support me and easily and quickly add this to the plugin. Overall good plugin and excellent support and devs.
