Changed the hologram messages on the blade map, to give players a better understanding of what not to do!

Fixed some issues with text formatting during minigame tutorial chat messages.

How to update- replace folder:

plugins > PartyGames > minigames

Fixed a critical issue where OITB itself and its messages were not loading correctly due to an error in the config! I also increased the game time in this minigame.

How to update- replace whole folder:

plguins > PartyGames > minigames

Changed some of the partygames plugin messages. For example: instead of Arena: (arena_name), which was a bit confusing as to what Arena was: was it the map of the minigame ect.) to: Lobby: (lobby_name). As this is much easier to understand what it is referering to.

Added aliases for a few dev. commands that will be used later on by me in new updates- although still are very useful to admins if desired. (/masscommand can be used using /mc -which is easier to do while skripting)
