OverTimeXP v1.0

XpOvertime is a lightweight Paper plugin which gives players experience points automatically while playing on your server. Unlike plugins that solely depend on farming or grinding, XpOvertime lets players earn their XP without doing anything other than simply being online, allowing players to progress easier regardless of how they play the game. The plugin can be configured with options such as experience points, reward time interval, initial delay, permissions for rewarding, and customizable messages to the players. Additionally, there is also an admin command that will allow you to reload the plugin.
