• Optional keep-on-death.enabled: soulbound items owned by you are removed from death drops and given back after respawn
• Optional restrict-usage (default true): turn off to drop all owner-only checks and no-drop rules so anyone can use bound items while bindings, lore, /soulbound check, and keep-on-death still work

Bug fixes:
• Binding an item no longer shows a success message when the item cannot store soulbound data (missing item meta); players see a clear failure message instead
