» Plot name feature:
- Can be switched on & off in the config
- adjustable in the config whether permission is necessary for execution (if set to true, you need: plotauction.plotname)
- adjustable in the config how much the name change should cost (if nothing just enter 0)
- Minimum length and maximum length can be defined in the Config. (Only letters possible!)
=> /pahname <display name> on the plot to change the name

» BroadCast if a player submits a new Auction (if you set 'none' it will not broadcast!)

• now 6 buttons in "set start bid" inventory and "set buyprice" inventory -> In config editable which value the buttons should have, default: -1, -10, -100, 100, 10, 1 -> Players can now more specifically define the prices
• Start bid price can not be more than the buy price (on creating a auction!) anymore
