Poison Packages v3.0

I know the plugin hasn't been updated here for about a year.
The main reason? I completely forgot to update it... or, to be honest, I was just too lazy to click two buttons.
That said, anyone who contacted me directly received the latest version.

What's New?
New Configuration System
* If you're upgrading from an older version, make sure to delete your PoisonPackages folder before installing the update.

Migration to MiniMessage
* All messaging now uses MiniMessage for better formatting and customization.

SQLite Storage
* The plugin now uses SQLite instead of YAML for data storage.

Various QoL Improvements

• Lots of small quality-of-life updates and improvements throughout the plugin.
• There are probably a few more changes that I've forgotten about.

What's new?
Fixed: Lore is no longer hardcoded, now fully configurable.
Fixed: Improved handling of creation dates to prevent errors.
Added: %expiration_formatted% placeholder, returns a formatted expiration date (e.g. 2025-05-01 10:40:50).
