The gateway only needs the essential Polar webhook events:
checkout.created
order.paid
order.refunded
checkout.created is accepted for clean webhook delivery.
order.paid marks the Paymenter invoice as paid.
order.refunded records the refund inside Paymenter and can return the invoice to pending if money is owed again.
Webhooks are verified before any invoice is updated.
