Part Placing Script

This is a script which allows players to place down parts held in replicated storage.
The player chooses what they wish to place down, which will then be spawned in locally and follow the players mouse. It will either be green or red, depending on if it can be placed in this position.
As long as you're knowledgable with scripting, you should be able to easily change what it can and cant be touching
