Teams - Minecraft Plugin v4.0.3

- Teams now supports versions 1.8.8 through 1.16.5
- Optimized tops/holograms.
- New lines in config.yml, menus.yml and messages.yml.
- The command "/teams topkills" was changed to "/team leaderboards".
