TreasureLocator v2026.01

Update Notes:
- The plugin underwent a complete re-code except for some parts that did not require changes!
- The entire config underwent a major change as well (needs resetting for this update to work)!
- Plugin size was reduced greatly and performance was greatly improved as well!
- The previously "enabled_Worlds" option has been changed to "disabledWorlds"!
- You can now no longer spam treasure eyes, you have to wait for the first one to expire!
- Metrics, as well as other useless commands (version, perms, errors), were removed!
- Support for 1.8.x has been dropped as it's extremely old and doesn't allow for the same experience!
- All cooldowns and tasks now work with UUIDs which allows for cooldown retaining between sessions!
- Placeholders usable in messages have been updated (look at new config)!
- You can now directly use radius, tracking time, and cooldown placeholders in the item lore!
- You can now select a "formatted" option for the treasure eye cooldown!
- Added support for PlaceholderAPI (4 placeholders)!
- The plugin has been tested and works on 1.14.x versions as well!
