Proxy (velocity) support for online/offline system

Install BasementLib on Velocity to enable online/offline system that check if player is offline in the whole network.
On Velocity open config.yml from BasementLib directory and enable redis (and setup it of course, mysql is not necessary)

Of course update UltimateGuilds AND BasementLib Bukkit in ALL servers
