I added an EventLoop to the channels of fake players.

• PacketEvents kicking fixed

• Player invisible in weird places fixed, now the bots are stored in a world created by the plugin automatically and the name is changeable in config
• BUNGEE ONLY: now placeholders such as %bungee_<server>% and %bungee_total% are supported and when requests are made to bungee the amount of player returned is the amount with bots too
• New Fluctuation System made, you can now define hours where there will be more fake players.
