Xenon PRO Tebex Theme v2.5

This is an easy 5 star rating for me, and it really deserves it.

I have done a lot of design work on the side, and I am very impressed by the clean look and the great customization options. It is easily the best and most flexible layout I have used.

Also, the support is amazing. When I asked about a small issue on Discord, they were super polite and already knew about it. They quickly showed me it was a bug on Tebex side, not theirs, and they had already reported it to Tebex to get it fixed.

Great product and top tier service. Highly recommended!

A clean, modern and highly customisable design that really stands out. It’s been incredibly easy to work with, and the support has been outstanding. I needed a small tweak and they replied extremely fast, even pointing me to the exact line of code to edit. A great theme backed by genuinely helpful developers.

Amazing unique theme, very thought out and customer appealing. Compared to my previous theme. Support before and after purchase has been amazing, especially implementing my ideas and customisations without accepting additional payment no matter how hard I tried.

The theme itself is well thought out and visually appealing, and the core functionality generally matches the description. There are some minor bugs and layout issues, but they are not critical and do not significantly affect the overall experience or usability of the theme.
Unfortunately, my post-purchase support experience was very disappointing. Prior to purchasing, the seller stated in BuiltByBit messages that certain customizations might be possible after purchase. However, after completing the transaction, the position on these customizations changed. The conversation was moved to Discord, where the seller requested a link to my store for verification purposes, which I chose not to provide. After that, I was asked to grant design/editor-level access to my Tebex store so that the changes could be made directly. I was not comfortable granting direct store access and instead offered to receive the changes as files or clear instructions so I could apply them myself, but this option was declined. Subsequently, the seller clarified that the discussed customizations would require additional payment. This was not made clear to me prior to purchase and differed from my initial expectations based on the pre-sale discussion. I have provided proof of purchase and acted in accordance with the BuiltByBit Standard EULA. Despite this, communication has stalled, and I have experienced significant delays in support responses.
Overall, while the product itself has potential and a solid foundation, my support experience was frustrating. Buyers should proceed with caution and ensure all customization and support terms are clearly defined in advance.

Good and clean theme with good explanations. Wish there was some more customisation options for certain stuff but you can all achieve it by editing the html. He makes sure you're fully supported through discord.
