Hello, my name is Jake. And I do professional managerial work. I know how to configure plugins, create documentations, advertise, and manage staff. I have phenomenal team working skills and I can also work by myself and get things done when needed.

I have always been interested in being a manager/administrator because I enjoy managing servers/networks to ensure amazing quality. I enjoy helping communities and I'm always enthusiastic to work on something new.

» EXPERIENCE »

Servers I have been staff on include:

EclipseMC [shutdown] - 50 players on release
FrozenMC [shutdown] - 20 players on release
RealPvP [resigned] - 10-20 players release, 10 average playerbase
MCArcade [shutdown] - 50-60 players on release, 20 average playerbase
TechCloud [resigned] - 500 member discord

I cannot name the other servers I have been on as it's been many years since I've worked on them.

» COMMUNICATION »


I have a working microphone which can be used for staff meetings and player communication.

I am active for about 2 - 4 hours a day and can normally be online to help in discord more. I have a very good response time and can normally answer questions very quickly and know the correct response to give.

» PRICING »

My prices depend on how large the network/server is and how much work will be needed. There can be exceptions for me to work for free.

Some other things I can do is write professional staff documentation. I have experience writing staff documents, staff handbooks, player announcements etc. and can easily write one based on your needs.

Over the past few years, I have had a lot of experience on being both staff, and being manager for about a dozen servers. I have over 2 - 3 years experience working as management and staff roles on servers. I worked for a discord service called [Censored], They had over 400 members which I would help run but sadly got shut down due to the owners account being terminated. A new one has been formed recently but only has around 50 members.

I worked for EclipseMC, which got around 50 players on release of the server but is also now shut down. Also, I've worked with many developers (some with over 20k downloads on spigot) as part of a development team. I have many other experiences but sadly most of them are gone now and are very old. My first time ever being staff on a server was when I was 11. The server was named FrozenMC and it was poorly developed at the time and it got griefed by the owners friend.

I can code well (Paid work) and I used to have a Development team called Eclipse Developments which had a few staff members willing to code, animate, or build whenever. For a while, I have always been interested in being a manager because I enjoy managing things and helping out communities and am always enthusiastic to work on something new. The same thing goes with building and beta testing. I've loved building since I started playing Minecraft which was in late 2013- early 2014. I also used to be part of a Support Team on a Marketing Discord called TechCloud which has over 500 members.

My pricing ranges from $5-10 a month for small servers and $10-30 a month for servers with 50 players to a 100 players. Exceptions could be made depending on what type of server you have and what type of management you require.

Configuration / Developer work:

The pricing for my Configurations or Developer work for your server can range from $5 a month, to $100 a month.

Small Servers (ex. Creative, Survival) - $5 monthly
Medium Servers (ex. KitPvP, Skywars) - $15 monthly
Advanced Servers (ex. Factions, Prison, RPG) - $20-35 monthly
Custom Coded Minigames (Or custom gamemode) - $100-120 monthly (depending on what custom gamemode you would like or minigame.

Beta Testing

Beta testing servers is where I go on servers, make sure that all commands work, find grammar errors, see how smooth the server can run, attempt to bot the server to see if it can handle bots, etc.

The pricing for this all varies depending on what type of server yours is- This is due to different servers = different or more commands

Small Servers (ex. Creative, Survival) - $1-2 per hour
Medium Servers (ex. KitPvP, Skywars) - $4-5 per hour
Advanced Servers (ex. Factions, Prison, RPG) - $8-10 per hour
Custom Coded Minigames (Or custom gamemode) - $14-20 per hour (depending on what custom gamemode you would like or minigame.

Exceptions can be made, I will just need more information about your server.
