Hi there, I was wondering if you'd like to be my 2nd owner of my server that ive been creating

The thing that I need from you is help on hosting the server. I am yet to decide whether to go with a 4GB server or a 8GB server from - http://www.nolag.host/ Owner by Lord Flo and Arisstath - Which is $1/GB. If I decide to go with 4GB (my most likely choice) I will need you to help out for me and spare $9 to go towards hosting the server. You will most likely receive this back in the first month or so and then we can split the servers profits 50/50 between us.
You must understand tho, that you must provide some work to the server and not just sit around and come on every couple days for 5 minutes and then leave and get the money at the end of the month.
Before the money is split, I will be going around and advertising the server so that the player base increases and we become bigger and better. Once all the advertisement is done the money that is left over will then be split and even if it is $0.50 then you are still getting $0.25 of the money, if you do not like what is set above ^ then please respond to me with a alternative solution .
Now im going to tell you a little bit about the server it self,
What is its gamemode?
The server is based of the popular gamemode skyblock and i have got some custom features being made, the features that are being made will add in an xpvault which is where you can store your xp when you go to pvp or are weary that you may die. I have also got a custom /is menu being coded and this will allow all the new players to see the current islands they have available. The custom /is menu will not be the one lined one that askyblock offers but a multiline gui with information on each island.
I have already got some banners and soon to have a custom server icon made
