Today i have come to mcm for 4 small custom plugins to be made for my upcoming server.
The Plugins that i need to be made are:
MSMessages: A small time based autoannouncer which has intervals and supports characters such as ༽ in it and also supports essentials colours and multiline

Command: /MsMessage reload - Reloads the config file
MSRestart: A simple restart plugin that allows the user time to put everything where its needed and then gives them a 30 seconds countdown to a restart. This will then whitelist the server for 2 minutes while it boots up and then unwhitelists it. The command for this would overide the default one /restart
MSFly: Allows the user to fly for 75XP for 5 minutes? The command to be /xpfly 75.
MSPerks: A small plugins that adds in nofall damage , night visigion (/nv to obtain), and no hunger. The command would be /msperk nv , /msperk nofall and /msperk food.
I know that some of you will say that no one will do this for free but i currently do not have the money to pay for custom plugins and thats why i am offering +1 Rep and +1 Vouch and Explorer rank on my server for when we launch
