Introduction
​

Hey guys, my name is Split and I am a manager at Armania. We are currently looking for some admins and new staff members We do not pay administrators as of right now, but there's potential future pay if the server ends up doing well - which we aim for. We plan to be a unique factions server with custom coded plugins and the best of the best staff.

Requirements ​

» You must be at least fifteen years old (exceptions can be made if I believe this requirement can be waived.)​

» You must have a decent amount of past experience.
» You must speak fluent english
» You must be willing and able to put your time into this server - we expect at least an hour a day during development and at least two hours once we open.

Preferred ​

» We prefer that you know how to decently configure server files.​

» We are currently looking for US and EU administrators.
» Contacts with YouTubers that have a decent following.

Past experience: **On PvPHQ, I was a moderator. That server later shut down so I lost my staff rank. I was Helper+ on PolarityMC which was almost in beta. I learned the importance of being in accordance of time for meetings and to work as a team to get the server up. I also learned that you should always try to fix a situation instead of picking a fight with members or staff members. I also learned to keep your cool when people aren't being very nice to you or are being racist or abusing you verbally. I was also an admin on an HCF server where I coded the plugin's and did some spiggot. In addition to being admin on that HCF server, I was also admin on Vince's first server called AvillionNetwork.**

Why should you be an administrator on Armania?: **There are many reasons you should pick me . First of all, I am a very experienced staff member, I've worked with a ton of people, I know a ton of people and I am always out there willing to make new friends. I love factions, that is because I started playing minecraft on that game mode, I learned many cool techniques on the servers I have played on such as treasurewars, cosmicpvp, PvPing, and noxiouspvp. I love to chill and meet new players, I am always on looking over chat and making sure nobody is getting their feelings hurt. I do not tolerate any racist jokes made to a player or about a player. If I see a racist or sexual joke that can easily offend someone, I will mute the player immediately. Most people would be like "Oh since he is my friend I'll let him off the hook." Not me, I am fair to all players making sure everyone has an equal say in their problems. Not only am I on 3-4 hours a day watching over chat, but I am also loyal, currently I am not applying for staff on any server, nor I am not currently staff on any server. I manage discords so I am familiar with how people act and I understand they can be going through a rough time, but there is no reason to take it out on innocent people, if I see any of that I will temporarily mute the player and ask them if they need any help with anything. I have friends on this server such as Vince who can vouch me as a nice and fun person to be around. As I stated above I am 15 years old and very mature for my age, I never trash talk back to someone, and I never let anyone or anything get the best of me. I am on when needed and I do what is needed, I will conclude by achieving my goals on this server to the best of my abilities.**
