why would people apply for staff voluntarily on a server with an owner who has 1 reaction LOL

Alot of servers are voluntary, eg. Para e.t.c, and what else was I suppost to respond with, I did play on his server so I said that....[DOUBLEPOST=1478602635][/DOUBLEPOST]

The developers would be paid (Accordingly to the work done). The developers would give us//code us cores & custom plugins.

Web Developers arent paid(DONT know about Game Devs). I was a web dev on Oli's previous server (not now) but he never had money to pay web developers. He asked me to be a web developer now aswell, I denied the offer because there was no payment. Just a piece of info^^

Why would I bother paying someone doing the same job as I could on Enjin just with a different program

Xenforo is different than Enjin. Styles, Plugins, Nodes Applications etc. [=Many Hours of work] Also totally agree with the comments made above. Especially to configure SQL Databases and Query errors that occur, and dont know.

LOL, Is Customly a friend of yours? Unless your paying him $100 + you're not going to get a good core. ... Free XenForo? As if. Lets say someone partners with you for Co-Owner, would they even get a slice of donations. Make sure to specify more in your thread.

Never said that, I said I had a developer CUSTOMLY coding me a core not the person "Customly"

Sorry, it was improper grammar on your part. It should be "I am getting a core custom made... etc."
