» Overview «
The following statements are just some of the ways I can help your staff team grow and triumph. When working with me you will see that I do not play around. The job will get done and will be at 100%.

» Skills «
As a person, I am very OCD and when it comes to working with almost anything. Neatness is one of my pet peeves. If one of my threads was worked poorly I would most likely have a breakdown. Management is not the only thing I enjoy doing on Minecraft. Building is my favorite thing to do because, it helps with stress, teaches you about the color scheme of builds, and design.

» Payment «
As like everyone else in the world I enjoy getting paid. I will not charge a server any money for the first two months of me working at said server. After those two months are up I will start charging $20 (twenty-dollars) a month for my service.

» Staff Management Approach «

The staff management process for the project consists of the following five elements: Staff Planning, Staff Acquisition, Staff Training, Staff Tracking, and Staff Transition

» Staff Tracking and Management «
Day-to-day management of the project staff is the responsibility of the Project Manager. Performance evaluations, performance issues and recognition, promotions, and disciplinary actions are the responsibility of the state staff respective organizational chain of command.

» Administrative Management «
The Administrative Manager directs the administrative staff, coordinates tools and services training, ensures that the administrative staff adhere to processes and policies. The Administrative Manager also provides reports, recommendations, and status on the project information. This staff role is also in charge of scheduling and rescheduling meetings and events.

» Application Support «

The Applications Support members are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the change request process for staff applications and for ensuring the change requests follow the quality and standards.

»Test Management «

The Test Manager is responsible for making sure no applications are forged or copied. The Manager works with the Management staff to make sure all applications and applicants are legitimate.

KingCactus1 has worked his ass off at FatalPots for about a year. We have shut down due to some issues. KingCactus1 was one of our lead Owners/Manager. Worked day in and day out trying to make our staff the best they could be. Best of Luck Cactus!

$20 per month lol. Try building up some rep and adding a portfolio first.
Thanks for the comment! When making this thread I thought $20 a month was a reasonable price. If you think otherwise do tell.

Your thread has a few grammatical errors. You should probably fix those. Other than that, good luck. I would charge more than $20 per month though. At least $50 per month. You’re basically ripping yourself off at this point.

As for your comment, if you’re a server owner and can’t afford to pay a manager at least $50/month for managing a minecraft server, you shouldn’t be a server owner. $20 per month for anything is already nothing at all.

I phrased it wrong my bad, $20 is reasonable but for a user that has 50% reputation and no portfolio I wouldn't say that's a reasonable price.

A Server Owner does not explicity needs to pay for a manager to be a Server Owner
I have seen countless of servers managing 300 - 400 Pb without a Manager.
even myself, I haven't needed to pay a manager and so far i'm doing great.
In certain cases it is needed, but a server owner does not need to afford a certain amount of cash to even be a Server Owner.

but as for KingCactus1 current price for management, I find it a reasonable price due the lack of portfolio and reputation, He can always change the price if is needed.
I didn’t say you need a manager, I said if you need a manager and can’t afford to pay them at least $50/month, you shouldn’t be owning a server.

I agree that my reputation isn’t very good. I feel in this case it is not the only thing people should pay attention to. The negative reputation is from when I owned my server FatalPots. Some people disliked the other owner Superblowfish.[DOUBLEPOST=1506515881][/DOUBLEPOST]

I agree with you $20 is nothing. However, I am not just in it for the payment. I understand that this is a game and it is suppose to be fun. I manage for the fun of it.
