1) You didn’t reply to the others. What makes you different? why should I go to you over competition?
2) That looks more like Website Building (yes there are companies without the best English) so try to change the logo to a block. If I got confused like that then others may as well (or I could be retarded)

1. We're not here just for the clients, we try to give freelancers an opportunity to join a service team and make money that way. So they basically do not have to do anything other than claiming commissions and making money. I wouldn't call us way different than other service teams.

1. We're not here just for the clients, we try to give freelancers an opportunity to join a service team and make money that way. So they basically do not have to do anything other than claiming commissions and making money. I wouldn't call us way different than other service teams.

So gonna recap my experience with Timeless.

Commissioned a builder to do a multi-part project for our server. Once we paid the half up-front, it was agreed that he/she would do half the job on our live server, and then pay the other half for him/her to begin the second half of the project, once again because it was on a live server. Fast forward a few days, and I try to get into contact with them since it has been radio silence since our first day on the agreement, and the builder hadn't logged on since. The builder hadn't placed a block. Was unable to reach the builder, and spoke with one of their staff, albeit briefly. A day shy of a week after this process began, I finally hear back from the builder. It fell through the cracks, he/she accidentally muted his Discord, he/she was really sorry and he/she would begin soon. Another day goes by and no progress. At this point we are flirting with the end of our refund period through the ToS. I get in contact again, this time saying we need to either get major work done or process the refund. The builder decides that he/she does not have the time nor the motivation to continue and instructs the staff to refund me. Another day goes by and I finally get my refund, sort of. See, when I first paid, I paid the amount agreed, plus a fee which I assume to be PayPal's. When I got my refund, I didn't even get the amount agreed back. So I lost time AND money with this team. The only saving grace is that one of their staff reached out to me in private and referred me to another builder, since he/she had checked with all their other builders in the team and none of them were able to step up and take over.

Pros:
-Friendly staff.

Cons:
-Long response time
-Job was never even started
-Refund process was slow
-Full refund never issued


I would not recommend this build team.

Heya! Sad to hear this, we try our best to serve multiple customers. We currently have a lack of sales representatives, this is why we’re getting a fully automatic bot.

The funny thing is that its all the teams fault in your eyes, while the main problem lies by the builder.
I see why you are frustrated and dont recommend this team, but why the team since they are friendly like you said. I am convinced that the team took measures against the builder.
From my own experiences I have seen that waiting one day for responses/refunds is even on the average side. Therefore I considere your argument 'refund was slow' as a kinda invalid argument, ofcourse I do not know how fast you were hoping. Personally I get a lot of clients that ping me every two hours to see how it is going. I am not saying you're one of them ofcourse, but everything takes time.
That's all I wanted to say about this.
I am in the team but that doesn't affect my opinion about this situation.

While I see where you are coming from, the point of a build team is to provide customer service and resolve issues should they arise. The incomplete refund, slow processing, and failure to provide an alternate builder for the service requested are all failures on the team itself. Of course there is blame for the builder, but also the team. And absolutely a slow refund is a valid argument, as I could have been using that money elsewhere to get someone who will do the job, but I had to wait for even the incomplete amount that I did get back. I'm sure not every builder there treats their customers like this, maybe I just got a bad egg, but in cases like those it is the team who takes over and resolves the situation. And in my opinion, they did not satisfy that role.
