About me!
Some Background information about me is that i was born healthy, into a wealthy family, with loving parents, in a safe and secure environment that nurtures me. I originated in 1998 in a hospital in Denver,Colorado. I am currently into touring the world I've visited many countries and i plan to make a channel to share my adventures with my family,friends & fans! I am also very creative i love to make art like video editing, editing photos and such!

Skill Sets!
1. Community Management
When you look at the top brands on social media, you’ll notice something they all have in common is a community aspect. Social media marketing is all about connecting with your audience. Once you’re able to build that connection and grow a community, your audience will start creating user generated content and your reach will spread organically.

2. Relationship Building
Not only is it important to connect with your audience, but you also have to connect with influences. That’s why relationship building is a crucial social media skill that you have to develop. Unfortunately, this is a skill that a lot of companies lack, resulting in spammy direct messages on Twitter and Instagram comments begging for follows. (which i avoid)

3. Creativity
A study from Buzzstream found 21% of social media users would unfollow a brand if the content shared was too repetitive or boring. In order to keep your followers engaged and to be an effective social media manager, you have to consistently come up with new and creative initiatives and campaigns. Whether it’s a fun Facebook contest, brand partnerships or entertaining videos, think of ways to stand apart from the millions of other users on social media.

4. Organization
Creating a publishing schedule, tracking all of your contacts and maintaining multiple social media profiles requires some level of organization. The best social media managers know when content is supposed to be published, which special holidays and occasions to plan ahead for, and have a way to keep track of the different social media conversations they have going on.

5. Writing
Whether it’s creating a blog post to be shared on social media or crafting the perfect Tweet, writing is a must-have social media skill. If your headlines aren’t captivating and magnetic, people aren’t going to be motivated to click-through.

6. Sales
I am really good with sales. My posts bring in customers to keep looking or to look at your product at hand. for instance if i make a post saying "25% discount come get it before its gone!" people will get interested to see the prices and maybe even buy a package.

7. Customer Service
67% of consumers have used a company’s social media page for servicing. If you’re unable to interact with customers on social media and resolve their issues, you could quickly find yourself losing business. 53% of users expect brands to respond back to them within an hour on Twitter. And that number increases to 72% if the user is Tweeting to a company about an issue or complaint. I can easily help the customer if they need help in any shape or form.

8. Decision Making
Social media moves so quickly that you won’t always have time to have a round-table discussion before deciding how to reply to people. I have the confidence and the ability to make decisions quickly.

9. Time Management
i know how to manage my time efficiently on Twitter,Facebook and Instagram, This includes the distractions too. I'll divide my schedule among several different tasks including Monitoring social media for trending topics and events, Scheduling posts, Creating new content to share, Engaging with other users, Responding to the followers and customers.

10. Computer Literacy/Information Technology
I have a basic understanding of how to use a computer. I am comfortable with word-processing and email, as well as spreadsheets and programs like Excel and the list goes on!

11. Problem Solving
when solving a problem i look at the problem at hand and can use reasoning and analysis to solve the difficult problems.

12. Teamwork
Almost every job involves working on a team in some way. Whether i work regularly on team projects, or simply need to work as part of a department, i will be able to get along well with others.

13. Handling Complaints
If a customer makes a post on our website or comes into the Teamspeak i will be able to handle the situation with respect even if it is a complaint against me or one of my friends. i will also put the complaint into consideration and fix the issue at hand and or give it to higher authority.

14. Involvement
I currently do not have school so i am basically on 24/7 unless i am sleeping or away for some reason. I am also very flexible because i am 18 so i can drive home if any reason if i need to.

15. Investigation
Let's say you get a ddoser or maybe a doxer on your server i, I can investigate the user examining his Skype,history,etc to find out if he really did ddos or dox!

16. Leadership
A lot of people look up to me because i am a leader to my team i will set the example for the server and the staff team.
Duties
1. Assisting the Staff Manager with Promotions & Demotions and helping out with applications and or ban appeals.
2. Writing out rules and guidelines for the server and staff included.
3. Planning out Events and or helping out the events.
4. Manage social media and keeping the community updated with server & events.
5. Resolving Issues need by higher staff members.
6. having good work ethics as i do tasks with professionalism.
7. Donation issues? No problem i can handle it.
Activity
Since i do not have school so i can be super active. I usually log on at 800-10am and don't log off til 7-10pm.

Costs?
So i currently don't cost anything but if i do a good job i would love $7.50 for a unban on pvplounge. (someone chargedback my whitelist.)

Do you have any experience?
I have owned 3 servers but i haven't managed a server before thought i'd start somewhere though.
