Hey, I'm Chaze or better known as Rio!
This may be something a bit new to the community so I might as well explain a bit about it. I am offering a freelance ownership. In a general sense, I will own your network and handle everything for you whilst you just pay the expenses and you pay me. However, you can also work alongside me anytime you want! It is still your network but I just handle everything for you.

My Experience:
I have worked for a plethora of well-known servers that have reinforced the knowledge I pertain today. Let's start off with one of the larger networks. I worked for a network called Zonix that averaged around 600+ players when I was there. I was indeed a Senior Admin but they have a lot of responsibilities. We managed staff as well as made sure everyone on the server was enjoying their time.

I have also worked for organizations and companies known as Zero Tolerance, Code66, and Ulfric LLC. I manage pretty much everything in Code66 and Zero Tolerance. However, on Ulfric I only manage the employees.

Let's get a bit of my skyblock experience noted. All the networks I worked for will be at the end of the paragraph, however, I will mention what I did for them here. I worked with the community as well as with staff on all of these networks. I hired developers, found builders, made sure staff were doing their job, and even contracted some YouTubers to work with the networks. I was divided diversely throughout the networks to the point where I could get it all done. All of these networks averaged 20+ players. However, they could have averaged more in my opinion if the right measures were done but they still ran great![/SPOILER]

Now, let's get to my factions experience. The same things fall with what I said about skyblock to factions. I handled the basics of everything besides contracting YouTubers. I handled events every week to create an amazing experience for everyone. I handled making sure builders were doing what they were supposed to and overall I handled staff.

Requirements:
- Must have a budget I can work with.
- Must keep constant communication.
- Must be willing to trust me.
- Must be a gamemode that is already instated.

I will be taking only 3 networks at a time so when those are filled up I will let everyone know. I want to dedicate as much time as I can to the networks so I don't want to take to many jobs that will limit me from other networks. Therefore, 3 will be the maximum.
