Hello my name is Joshua and currently, I am looking to have 2 private plugins coded to quite high standards. I am looking for someone who has many years of coding experience and is willing to take on an advanced challenge. I will reveal a bit about the first plugin and the second would need to be discussed in private.

Advanced questing in the lightest weight package. It needs to be able to be used via commands and GUI formats. Used to design intricate story lines and give rewards even if its a plugin item. Needs to be able to interact with citizens and more. I want both client side quests but also quests that can effect the world and every player to be known as world quests. I would like this to work with both Mcmmo and Heroes.

That is the basics of it and would be able to explain more in private. I am willing to pay the proper amount for both.

He probably doesn't wanna work with a service team, this project is 'private' and plenty of people can see the tickets on a service teams side.

Well, all our management team members have signed NDA's so I don't believe that's an issue.
