Hey,

I was streaming and playing rust last night when my internet cut out/lagged out, I then restarted my router and now my Ethernet is showing Unidentified Network with No Internet even though the internet is working fine wirelessly on my phone, and the Ethernet adapters are connected and are working as all lights are green,

ive tried resetting the router, restarting the pc, and restarting router, checking for updates on network card, HELP

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

From this thread;

"There's something wrong with your router, most likely. Your computer is asking for the DHCP server (your router) to assign it an IP address. The router doesn't respond to these requests like it should. After a period of time this times out and the computer assigns itself a fallback IP address of 169.254.x.x (the last two octets are random).

I would power cycle the router (unplug it for a couple of minutes and plug it back in) and then reboot the PC. If it still doesn't work, try manually assigning an IP address that is within the same subnet as other machines on the network without conflicting with one and then see if you can ping another system on the machine or the router itself. You might also want to log into the router to verify that DHCP is still enabled on it (after power cycling it, if nothing else works up to this point)."

I would try:
  1. Power cycle your router and modem (Not simply unplug and plug, but wait 60 seconds in between doing so).
  2. Run "ipconfig/release" & "ipconfig /renew"
  3. If all fails, perform a reset on your router.

If it still persists, most likely an issue with the network drivers. You can try to uninstall and re-install the drivers for your Ethernet adapter.

Maybe try stopping the drivers then starting the drivers for your wifi card that worked for me.
