I am an very experienced manager. I am on almost everyday. I'm an active member in the Minecraft community. I am always on the forums (if there is one). Always looking for them nasty hackers. All for free! I know I may have no reputation on MC Market, but that doesn't mean that I'm not trusted.
The reason that I think I am fit for the role is because, i'd like to help moderate servers, make sure everyone is having a good time, and make sure everyone is following the rules. I'm friendly, Never ever lie, All around a great player. I love to help people out to make sure they understand how to play the game mode. I try my best to Enforce the rule's that way Everyone can have a good time. And I will try my best to understand the rules on your server. I wanna commit to a community. I'd like to stick around on a server for awhile. And i listen to higher ups.
As i have learned that being staff is not all about the rank, Power, or respect. It's about making sure everyone is having a great time. I'm also very helpful. I care a lot about how players are getting along making sure none is left out, Or harassed ever. I've had problems with this. So i feel with no commands i can't do much. I'm also quick at making good friends so reputation will not be a problem. I try my best to figure out the problems and get them resolved as quick as i can. That way players may go back to there playing experience on your rocking servers. I also never stop until the problem is resolved/dealt with. My time on your server will increase really fast. As i am getting attached to a community with so many wonderful players. I get along with most people. I have seen about every problem there is in servers With players getting harassed to the point where they start crying. I try my best to make them feel better and tell them it's not true. Some people just are very rude. Most of the time they get better. I just love to help players out with what ever they are upset about. I have a open time schedule as well. So when ever i am needed i will try my best to be there. I am also very mature. I will try my best to make sure Players have the best experience while on any server. I have great leader ship skills as well. I will be there for every staff meeting that we may have.
I can bring a few ideas that I had from other servers that I have been in, a new set of eyes on the current setup, and the experience of running a few servers and helping others solve their problems with servers, as well as my plugin development experience and debugging.
I feel like I have a great amount of experience, the experience that'll help me be a better staff member if given this opportunity. I feel like you're a leader when being a staff member, that being said you need to act mature and professional which I am both mature and professional. I feel like I can be a big help towards your server by being an active and dedicated staff member, who cares about the community and the server as a whole.
I personally feel like I should be given a rank as I could help show the community that the staff members do care about not only what happens to the server, but will take their feedback and let the higher-ups know and see things changed and or tweaked to the communities liking. I don't just want staff just for a fancy tag as I realize everyone who is a staff member has worked hard and put in numerous hours of time and dedication into the servers. I want to be staff to help the community!
I've had many experiences of being staff on many other Minecraft servers. I may start out slow at first, if i do get accepted, but i'll get back into it hopefully sooner than expected. I know your server, might have a different system on punishments and consquences. But if any other staff members would like to talk to me about this new precautions that'll be great for me to get a full understanding on what you guys do on your servers. Mostly, I can help out with the servers as staff during the late night hours when no much staff is on at the time. I will also make sure that any players can have a great and fun experience on your server and to help them out with any issues they currently have. If i ever do get messaged on discord or what ever you have, that the server needs some assistance, then I will try my best to get on as soon as possible before the server starts getting chaotic.
Let me go into a little bit of detail about my knowledge of commands and just in general, as I used to run my own Minecraft server with it that was very successful at the start then slowly declined, in which eventually shutting down. I know how to use everything from WorldEdit to Coreprotect, and even VoxelSniper and much, much more! I can be a big valuable asset to your staff team, just give me an opportunity, and you won't be disappointed!
Maturity:
As a staff member, I would always be proper and not toxic. When helping players, I always make sure to talk politely and always address the player happily. Even if a player comes into Discord/Skype screaming, I would make sure to keep my cool and not be enraged by the player. When a player in chat may talk trash about me, I would not talk back to them saying rude things, instead. Even though I may have been toxic on other servers, I still would show that I am able to help out any player in need and not be aggressive or rude towards them
Respect:
This trait is most important for a staff member. If I become staff I will always listen and not talk back to higher tiered staff. I respect all people on the server and never will talk behind other staff members’ backs. If anything ever came up to where a staff member leaves for another server, I would never speak badly about them and always hope them the best. When a player may feel down or sad, I always try to help them out. Sometimes the person may not want to talk, and I respect that, so I would leave instantly and try to check up on them to see if they feel better next time I see them.
Trust:
When becoming a staff member you have to be well-trusted. Since I would be an example of how the server treats its players, it would be my job to show that I am not abusive. When accepted as a staff member I would be expected to be able to be trusted with information of the server that shouldn't be leaked, and this is something I strongly oppose. I would keep my promises and not procrastinate when given a job. I would not leak any information that I have about players to other people.
Patience:
When being a staff member I would always be calm and steady with a player. If a player is having a hard time speaking or is angry, I would not lash out at them. Instead, I would wait for them to calm down then continue on helping the player out. If I freeze somebody I wouldn't be all angry at the player for taking the maximum time I gave them to join Discord/Skype. If I am correct about the player hacking, I would most likely either find their client, check their trash bin, their folders, their internet history to see the last time they modified them.
