Skyblock Manager Position

Hello, I am looking for someone who is very innovative and who has experience playing skyblock servers. You do not have to have previous staffing experience on skyblock servers, although that does help. Nevertheless you still have to have prior experience as a staff member on a server. This position will be paid and be discussed upon acceptance.

Your Role:

• Helping create a balanced skyblock server (Give the team ideas, not necessarily dev)
• Managing and hiring staff whom are trustful
• Helping kick start the server

Requirements:

• Staffing experience
• Skyblock experience
• Good intellect and communication skills
• Active (Messaging every 1-2 days)
• High energy and upbeat
• Discord/Skype
• Must have a mic

Shouldn't matter and if you are already going in like this, I'd rather choose another candidate. All server info needed is marker on the thread. No it isn't a network, it is a skyblock server
