170MB isn't really small size for a hub, my auto rotating CTW server (including 14 maps) is 160MB (and including 1,000+ player data), have you disabled nether and end in the spigot/bukkit/paper config?

I think that is from essentials. Or it may be in one of the plugins you added because my, files do not have that
