Hello,
I am the owner of a large Bungeecord network, and we are looking to switch to a new host. Here are the main things that we need with the host:

DDOS Protection - High quality DDOS protection is a must.
Uptime - 99.9% uptime or higher is a must. As a minigames server, if the server goes down for even 5 seconds, everyone's game is reset and this will be quite frustrating for players.
Dedicated Servers - We will only be using quality dedicated servers.
Lag free - One thing our server advertises is that we are lag free. Seriously, we will test some of your existing servers to make sure that there is no lag; we take this very seriously.
Backups - Frequent backups are a big plus, because it makes the staff's lives a lot easier.
Location - Servers must be located in the US.

I am totally cool with you advertising your own hosts, but remember that if I go with you, you will be responsible for a large network, which smaller hosts may not want. So, think before you advertise. You may also post other people's hosts, not a problem.

If you decide to purchase a dedicated server, unless it is managed, you generally are required to maintain your own backups.
