I am Mohammed Dassu, the C-CEO and Co-Founder of ShieldNode (A division of SA-International).

What are we looking for?
* Customer Support
* Advertisers
* Investor Representatives
* Technical Support
* Coders

What does each position do?




Customer Support:
- Answers questions in Livechat
- Answers tickets made by clients

Advertisers:
- Advertises our services in various forums
- Answers sales questions in Livechat
- Advertises our services wherever possible

Investor Representative:
- Represents our company to investors
- Advertises our services to investors
- Look for as many investors as possible

Technical Support:
- Same as customer support
- Answers technical questions
- Must be registered on our Livechat in case you are needed to be referred to for technical Support

Coders:
- Code and edit the website
- Code and edit the forums
- [NOT REQUIRED] Code and edit custom plugins for our clients (If you know how too)

These are all volunteer positions at the moment but will lead to a paid position in future.

Any reason to why you won't be able to pay your own staff now? Also this is a sales forum, you won't be finding any professionals working for you for free.

You shouldn't be running a hosting company if you lack enough funds to pay your staff, you'll never compete with the rest of the established companies out there.

Can we do this for the developer position. Whatever the price is, pay half of it upfront and pay all after the finished product. Then maybe some devs and myself could consider since it seems interesting.
