I have quite a bit of bitcoin on coinbase but since my account isn't "verified" I can't even take any of it out (afaik) 
Sinkas I'd be willing to pay whatever fee coinbase charges you to withdraw to another wallet, let me know
They want me to send my driver's licence / id, so I don't know if this part really applies considering coinbase requires verification to withdraw (afaik)

Well, my help works both ways. I can either help you put funds in your account (Coinbase or Coinbase Pro) or help you withdraw funds to another wallet, paypal account, or even your bank account. 1:1 Plus the fees associated with moving funds from the bank to the account and vice versa. I don't keep a percentage unless the person I trade with wants to leave me a tip for helping them.
