Hello there, my name is LegendDev. I am currently banned on this “forum” site but I just had to create a new account for this because it's just hilarious. It’s very clear Cominq that you have taken the next step to sell my files, that I used months on and dedicated almost every day to get the files ready for the release. Which a lot of players were very excited for, second of all you are exactly selling one of my plugins that I coded with one of my friends. Which you are NOT PERMITTED to do. This files are already on mc-dg.com type /factions to get there and you can clearly see that all the things are similar to my server. I can agree on that you added in /f top /f fly /f rankup and /f who. That’s about all, the other stuff I took my time and did, this is basically reselling a server that already exists. I am aware of that you are now going to be immature and comment “ You scammed me 320$ “ I would like to say I did not, you personally agreed on that I sent over the money to the other owners client which I have proof of. You have also made your players chargeback on my server, I offered to pay you 50 or 70$ of the money, but no you let me down and terminated my server and messed up my DNS for my domain which I then decided to not hand you over some of the money. Here is some proof of where you stated “aight “ when I sent over the money to the other owner

DamagedMods it’s very unfortunate that you have decided to defend Cominq. First of all you already know me and my freind coded that plugin which was not COMINQ. I honestly never knew Cominq, he was just a guy that was annoying on skype that randomly asked if I wanted to partner with him. I said No first but after days I decided to give it a shot. I regret every moment after that, and I already talked to you about the plugin.
