It looks like you stole the design but for a small server it would be a good possibillity since there aren't many servers registered yet. I'd recommend it.

The design isn't stolen as such, its used as a base theme theme because its user friendly and other people know where the features are located. I'm not the first one to come up with it and neither is .org

Another list using this theme,

If I spend 10 minutes I'm sure I can find at least 10 more.

well I sure do appreciate the feed back, potentially in the future the site could go for its own unique look.

You can only use the "up thread" button. You cannot bump* it with posts. I will keep you in mind for when my server(s) come out.
